The recruitment bonus is paid to the contractual employee based on whose recommendation a vacancy is filled with an employee recruited from outside the company.<\/p>\n<p>If you have a friend who is looking for solid work and a good employer, tell them about your work and employer and suggest that they apply to work at Kivi\u00f5li Keemiat\u00f6\u00f6stus.<\/p>\n<p>Your friend then needs to come to the Kivi\u00f5li Keemiat\u00f6\u00f6stus personnel department and fill in a form. Your friend will list you as the recommender on the form.
